Fountain Valley School District is seeking parents of special education students to join the Community Advisory Committee (CAC).
What is the CAC?
CAC is a group of parents of special education students that:
- Assists with parent education and recruitment of volunteers
- Promotes public awareness of individuals with exceptional needs
- Sponsors meetings, speakers and workshops on related topics
- Advise school administrators and local boards on the development and review of the Local Plan for Special Education
